Radio Distortion fx and distance

Right now if you chat via voice it is as in discord or teamspeak. There is no radio effect or distance atenuation. Would be nice to add the radio FX (activated or not via menus for those that don't want to have it, and the distance distortion. Not all radio signals are received same strong.
