Katowice - Warszawa EIJ stuck at red signal after departing from Katowice

At departure in Katowice station departing signal dispayed yellow-yellow signal, instead of flashing yellow-yellow as we can see in some online videos (e.g.: https://youtu.be/OZwP4yWPVMM?t=2371).

Following signal was red.

I tried to call ZEW1 and 3 at the radio, but remained red for more than 15 minutes.

In the logs check at the end of the file: it was the last activity I did.
