I have it on "/" and it still happens.

I put the key "²" and it works

Ah on my keyboard "?" is "shift-/". I think you can guess how this story goes.

@Administrator maybe this qualifies for re-opening as the chat system seems to work on keycodes as opposed to keys? ("shift-/" should not be detected as "/".)

Die in den Einstellungen unter Steuerung angegebenen Tasten beziehen sich auf eine QWERTY-Tastatur.

 

The keys specified in the settings refer to a QWERTY keyboard.

OK, having found and read this thread I now understand how to work around the issue, but surely this is not an "invalid bug"!

Key bindings should be disabled while typing in the dispatcher chat boxes like they are when you are typing in the radio chat when driving.

Agreed. When typing a note in the computer focus changes to the main chat.  Why?
