Dispatcher text message box improvements

When using the phone to communicate with neighboring stations and selecting text options we can suggest this kind of improvements : 

1. Layout adjustments to better group all message type
   
    
2. Have a separated commands and text strings that will write in the chat box. In short, not having to read all the sentence when choosing it but rather choose in a commands list
   
   This has by far my preference because it keeps the selection more clean and the most important : it tells what it will do in game. But, to do this you have to separate the strings. Labels on this selection have to be created in the translation system and they will write usual text (same as now) in chat box when selected.

Good suggestion, I'd like to see this as well.

In addition to accepting "enter" key to send the message after you write test in the textbox as well 🙂

It would also be nice to have keyboard shortcuts to bring up these menus to send messages to each of the neighbouring dispatchers.  Maybe use the function keys, and e.g. shift function key for voice?

One other thing I would add is the actual communication boxes to each signal box.

I'm finding in busy places not only do they fill up fast but you wind up having too much information.  I think having the info in the history is a good thing to look back on, but perhaps over time the older messages become more grey and the newest messages highlight brighter.
