EU07 Tutorial: Level crossings not working

When driving on the EU07 tutorial, I notice that all level crossing don't seem to work. This causes the following issues:

• When you're driving on one, you get a point deduction due to overspeed (limit 20 KM/H)
• Before every level crossing, there is a sign (don't know the name) where you must use the horn. See screenshot 1.
• All level crossing signals show Osp1.

Do note that I didn't notice this during the playtest.

Issue with build in sevrver. All crossings are open. Will be patched soon.
