giBBer8 Posted January 11, 2023 Share Posted January 11, 2023 Has anyone tried reshade in Simrail yet? What engine does it utilize? I know it looks amazing, the night lighting is superb in this sim. I have G Shade working in Simrail, very simple process but haven't time at present to fiddle around with settings. @BRCould you share your Steam screenshots here for comparison, so we can dial in the best settings please, that would be great! Without enabling it at my place is 60 fps and after enabling it is 77 fps. However, to see the difference with DLSS enabled in the game options you have to turn the scaling quality off, as it is in the picture, otherwise you will have the impression that DLSS does not work. giBBer8 Posted March 11, 2023 Author Share Posted March 11, 2023 (edited) So we know Reshade works and is simple to install. VR may well be a possibility with anyone who owns VorpX. Does anyone have this amazing software? There is a UE5 game mod coming that reinstalls the VR code originally shipped with the engine (which devs delete to save space).
