Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice doesn't acknowledge AZK from Łazy Łc

Executing an AZK3 does make the line direction turn around. However Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice doesn't acknowledge (WBL/OSTOP) the direction change so trying to release the lock is no longer possible.

Note this does work for an A2 in Będzin which we can acknowledge (WBL) in Dąbrowa Górnicza at which point the lock can be released (ZWBL).

We need option to "talk" with AI dispatchers. Simple commands like "change directions for track X" or something like that should help.
