thenavvy Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 So, today when driving 42130 I derailed when passing Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice. I was confused because I was at the time going 110 and the speed limit was 120. I jumped back in when the train respawned, same thing happened. I tried again, this time recording it. It seems like the signal there shows a flashing yellow. Maybe it means max 60 km/h, but the HUD says 120 so you get no warning (and you just spawned into the train because it just spawned so you aren't as focused on the signals) 2023-01-06 16-55-35.mp4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bescot Posted January 7, 2023 Share Posted January 7, 2023 The curvature of the track looks too fast for Vmax 120 to me. IRL is there a lower linespeed there, or a restricted signal (the signal at 3 seconds into the clip)? Each time I spawn into a 42xxx to have a look, the DGZ bot sends me on the track to the left of that so I can't test it for myself yet. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I was doing 113kmh before the derailment. The shown speed is a side effect of after it derailed.
