AI stations forget to announce departure

I have noticed that AI stations sometimes forget to announce a departure of a train. It's okay if the distance between the two stations is quite far but if the distance is just about two blocks (for instance between Sosnowiec Główny and Będzin) and the AI don't tell you that there is a train departing the real dispatcher can get caught up and they don't realize that there's a train coming.

You need to specify server code and time when this happend then we will be able to search this specific situation in Virtual Dispatcher Logs.

I have experienced it on EN1 and EN2 at January 3rd, 2023 around 3 am UTC
