EU07 : activate hauling mode switch

Behind the driver seat, there is a Switch which is missing from language files and from tooltip description once in game.

In the game it does nothing. In reality, I'm not sure. It's for hauling, so at least disables safety devices located in boxes above.

Could it be to disable the safety devices in that loco when it's being remotely controlled by the loco coupled to the front of it?

Yes. The switch will be activated, if we introduce feature of double traction for EU07. For now it isn't necessary to simulate it, especially when a player can disable the safety system in options.
