Dispatcher requests for operation and interlocking features

Hi!

I suggest some improvents for Dispacher mode:

- graphical timetable
- full timetable for one train (could list all stops and time)
- commands for bot trains: 
    for turn around: couple-decouple, engine/trains start and stop and change direction
    start and hold for overwrite timetable
- server restart: automatic restart not necessary
    if not any dispatcher online, drivers could start a poll for restart server
    if one dispacther is at least online; dispatcher could restart server
    if more dispacthers online, could be start a poll for restart server
- why shunt route not available? it will be super for turn around and any shunt movements

Commands for bots and shunt routes will be useful when newbie dispatchers send trains to wrong directions, (and that train will be sucked somewhere) it could be reroute.
Automatic restart is so annoying and causeless, when everything is ok.

More requests:
- Scheduled shunt movements, car arrangement
- goods transport (load / unload at station)
- more train speed characteristics by train empty and loaded weight
- more bot driver driving style; lazy, normal etc.
- interlocking machine failures; 
    false occupancy
    switch end position problem
    switch cut out (i don't know, is polish relay interlocking machine can handle it, but Siemens, Thales, Integra Domino and SpDrX can)
    signal bulb burnout (not lit)
