Closing of Doors

Hello,

Would it be possible that the doors of the IC/TLK carriages (112a, ...) with the folding doors do not close immediately each time, but only when the train departs. As far as I know, there is no time-dependent automatic closing in these cars, but is given only by the command of the train commander.

I would also like to see 1-2 doors stay open until a certain speed, to simulate that the conductor is still standing at the door and watching the departure (even if there is no conductor standing there). ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_gRZ0HE78Q )
