Zawiercie dispatcher-AI broken

Hello,

I arrived from the high speed railway with an EC, came to a stop infront of a signal at Zawiercie and had two trains in front of me with a red signal too but without any visible reason (no train ahead of that as seen on the map). Something was bugged with the signal too. It was red, but the Hud showed me that I can pass it with 20km/h, allowing me to ram the other train. I guess that shouldn't happen. DE 2 was the server.
