Sosnowiec AI Dispatcher is not aware that track 9 has no overhead lines (drive only server)

i know you guys are still working hard on the ai dispatchers but it seems currently they dont differentiate between tracks with overhead wires and those without.

in the case of sosnowiec ai needs to know that track 9 is not electrified. it should instead be using track 7 if track 5 is occupied. this happend on the en7 (drive only server) so human error should be ruled out

Thanks for reporting. I have no idea how it works, but hope it have such info and it's simply issue of wrong configuration of that single station.
