Current Trains UI Visibility

The UI showing the current trains in dispatcher mode disappears when interacting with either of the screens. I found myself wishing it was still visible in these views. This may be less necessary when train numbers are added to the SCS screen, but those still won't help the situation when the player looks at the screen with the table.
