I was in SG box tonight on EN2 and I learned a few things I had not noticed about that 2nd page that others mentioned (I finally see it now).

Anyways the only things I've noticed as it was shortly after a reboot is on of the light power moves had a train time of 11am and it was 9:45pm (I thought that was interesting but I was cool with it if that is a feature).

Before a player took over it appeared AI at Bezyn was NOT notifying me of incoming traffic.  But otherwise traffic flow was constant and very entertaining as I'd come to expect.  A few player goof ups including myself reading proper departure times.  But other than that it appeared to be smooth.  I didn't hear anything around me of anyone complaining of any issues with AI not letting them through.

Considering I haven't heard any issues on the forum this evening AI wise perhaps they nailed this one?  I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks

Sean

Just drove a freight from one end to the other. Only problem we had was a human wrong routing a Sos Południowy train up towards Ząbkowice. The train got to there and just stopped blocking everything up. A watchful dev kindly removed it from the server end and we got going again. They said that they're working on a solution to prevent a player dispatching a train to the wrong route. Great stuff from the devs - actively solving problems.

You are right !

I've played 2 hours on the French FR2 server. At first I was at Oslamovice after an another player before really f... up the station with trains coming in a wrong way : a big mess...

Then, I went to Sosnowiec Glowny and it was running smooth. The AI was responsive, no bugs with the single track. It was really fun. I must say I prefer dispatcher than driver.

I must also say something to everybody : please don't use dispatcher unless you know how to use it. Because you're messing everything up and it's a nightmare to solve for other player. A guy said it here in the forum and I wasn't ok with him but now I understand and if he reads this, you were right.

So far in Katowice Zawodzie:

- I've forced the AI to accept oncoming trains on all tracks towards Katowice, AI responds by accepting all of them and the change of the interlocking direction.

- When sending a train from Katowice (AI), it will ask to reverse track nº3 (I still don't know why it has preference for this particular track). 😅

- When telling Katowice to use other track rather than track nº3, it will confirm the message sent but after a time, it will tell you that the train is cancelled. Despite being "cancelled", train still will be sent.

So despite some minor things, I had a very good flow of trains with Katowice remaining to test still some degraded situations with other players/AI.

The "request for a specific track <> cancel" loop is also my experience with north bound traffic managed by DG AI but no jams in consequence. Pretty stable after last update.

A few minutes ago, on DE3, Katowice was deadlocked again. 😑 No trains were leaving towards Załęże or Ligota or arriving from there. In the Zawodzie signal box, all tracks to Katowice were set to outbound direction and AI Katowice was not making an effort to reverse them (why would it, seeing as no trains were running in that direction?).

I am afraid it is a global main traffic server stability issue again because it is hard to stay alive online for a few minutes 🙂

yeah same on DE1 i just stop the train at zawodzie and parked there and tell the passengers they should walk to katowice 👌
