"allow inbound line lock direction" can not be used anymore - the arrow does not blink when a train is approaching

Before using subsignal for arrival in tracks 3 and 7 in Lazy you need to use dKo button.
It should look like this BEFORE using subsitute signal:

Eventualy it could be nice to have an option to "reset" the table 🙂 Now it is perhaps permanent track jam in such a case.
