MINOR: Timestamps in Chat between Stations are wrong

I noticed the following thing.

If I send a message to a station next to me, e.g. "Train ... departed at ...", via the telephone, the time I put in this dialog is equal to the timestamp which shows when the message was really send, even if there are several minutes between departure time and sending the actual message.

I've got some screenshots for better clarity:

 

In this case the AI in Dabrowa Gornicza Zabkowice asked me (Lazy Lc) if the block was available for train "644038".

I answered at 17:34 (ingame time) that the block would be available at 17:35. And the timestamp of my send message showed 17:35 aswell instead of 17:34.

 

To conclude this, the AI also replied to my message at 17:34.

time between monitors is also off by more than 1 min at sosnowiec might not be readable on screenshot but time on the control panel screen reads 21:57:01, on the schedule screem it says 21:55. so thats leaves you guessing when to send trains on their way...
