[FIXED] Łeczyca not discoverable

There’s a bug where Łeczyca is not discoverable and therefore I’m unable to complete the Explorer achievement.

There has been a fixed in developement branch that fixed the typo. If this issue persists, please send Achievements_<userid>.bin file from 

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\SimKol\SimRail
