Missing W9s in Katowice

Arriving at Katowice(KO) from Katowice Zawodzie(KZ) there's a 40km/h TSR. But this TSR is not signed (W9 missing) propperly and there're cases where it's possible to not enter it and enter it but never exit it. 

Example of exiting KO but not passing end of TSR W9 sign:

 

Here follows all tracks marked with red where W9 is missing. (I've put them where I think a W9 could be put but please note that it is only indicative and could be wrong)
