Warszawa Wschodnia speed limit

INT1 1323 15:00 18/4/2026 (server time) 
Right after spawning at Wschodnia, UI Speed limit showed 200km/h (Timetable vmax) as I entered the train, bot was respecting 40km/h limit (might be something wrong joining the train while taking no switches at entry of Wschodnia or track speed/signal speed not propperly set-up)
