Incorrect vmax

I was driving 1327 on DE1, 03.06. After being routed through track 3 of Niedzwiedz, my vmax got limited to 100, and never increased again. You can see the moment I realised I was being penalised on log.simrail.cn. Attached my log as well, if it's something you feel is worth looking into! Thank you for your work!
