Track Joint effect missing

Track joint sound effect and "suspension" effect is missing in some places, haven't checked everywhere but I've noticed at least 2: One in Sędziszów (S: psary_opoczno_terrain_x122_z70, P: (62622.48, 255.73, 36342.27), R: (3.75, 236.01, 0.00)) and one in Opoczno Południe (S: psary_opoczno_terrain_x144_z243, P: (73808.41, 187.17, 124805.30), R: (21.15, 214.86, 0.00)).

Here's an example for the Sędziszów case:
