CD 163: broken keybind?

Hello,

I found an issue with the keybinds on the CD 163 that occurs when simultaneously pressing Shift + <train brake keybind>. After that, the train brake won't react to any according keypresses anymore, as if the keybinds associated with the train brake had been deleted. However, it can still be operated by mouse. (I have mapped Kp_Next (increase), Kp_Prior (decrease) and Kp_Right (drive position) on my train brake if that helps.) It seems that every other keybind not associated with the train brake is still fine.

And fixed. Fast move in one direction was able to get position index out of bounds.
