No proper weather on servers. no snow.

The weather should follow the 'real' life weather in Poland. So if it is not snowing Poland, neither is snows in SimRail multiplayer. If you wod like to drive in the snow, most singleplayer sceario's allow for selecting specific seasons or weather types including winter/snow weather.

Currently, we have plenty of snow in Poland. In SimRail, snow appears on the servers only when it is actually snowing irl. Unfortunately, the game does not take the depth of the snow cover into account, so as soon as it stops snowing irl, the snow disappears from the servers.

I did not know that part. It would indeed be nice if the snow does not vanish as fast as it does now.
