Leaving ETCS; speed limit decrease for no reason

I was driving in MP (INT1) I got sent to track 6 in Kozlów (coming from Tunel) and, when I was cleared to Sedsziszwów (40km/h signal) I got into ETCS L1 (as intended), got the 40km/h restriction BUT when I had passed the switches and ETCS already cleared me to 80km/h (vmax) and DMI was clear of any upcoming restrictions, as ETCS was ending it got me back into SHP mode but the game for no logical reason decided that ETCS's clearance to 80km/h had to be disregarded and imposed an arbitrary 40km/h limit.

NOTE: ETCS L1 entered at 17:57:12Z and left at 17:58:23Z
