What is the ET22 random seeming buzzer and power cutoff

I keep getting the buzzer with no other visual indicators, where I need to reset all power to zero for it to stop and return back. It's not setting off any overload switches, like when happens when going over 600 amps. Moving at constant speed, then random buzzer and power cutoff.. It's driving me crazy... What is it and how to stop it?

Could it be the wheels slipping, causing them to go very fast and dwaw too much current for the very short moment, before the breaker trips?

 

Is it a cargo train? If its a passenger traint, ot could be the train heating.
