Kaito Kid Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Possibility to "inject" trains from terminal stations and into the line, this would have the possibility to add: - Creation time and in which track - Type of consist - Time of departure and from what platform Depending on the type of train, it will assume the passing time in minutes from one station to the other according to existing trains in Simrail. For example, if it's an EN57 stopping at all stations, it will apply the same travel time between stations as it already does with a programmed service, same thing for freight trains, express trains, intercity trains, empty trains, etc. When these player created trains arrives to the final stop, if that station is player controlled, the dispatcher would be able to give "orders" to that train such as: decouple, push, pull, make it return prior reversing the engine or change cabs and or send it into a siding. If "Send it to a siding" is emitted, train will roll into a siding, if the train is: - EMU/DMU: Train will disappear upon stopping, lowering pantograph and disconnecting battery. - Locomotive: It will disappear upon the same procedure as above, if it was hauling something, this will disappear at the same time the engine does. If it's not player controlled or if the player just joined after the train has already stopped, the train will disappear seconds after arriving and stopping, as there was no player to "receive" that train, it can stop in the main tracks for a couple of seconds prior to its deletion. 2 1 2
