Overhead Names on MP still not showing after fix

This is in addition to this topic:

 

Which was presumably fixed but there're still ocasions where certain players don't have an overhead player name even though it's enabled and other players DO appear with it.

Example:

Happened in INT1 but can happen everywhere

(don't mind the F8 menu, I was checking the achievement progress)
