[Next] workshop button does not care about selection

As you can see in the start, I select the thing I want to upload but it then goes to the first item in the list when I press workshop, this feels like a bug or a miss but should maybe be a suggestion? I feel like it would make alot more sense if the workshop keeps the selected item selected in the new menu or even that you don't have the sidebar and it just takes whatever you had selected in the first page.

I have moved Upload/Update button to the bottom, because it makes more sense and looking into mentioned issue now.

Implemented a solution that should select a workshop item if a scenery is selected. It also should keep track of scenery when returning from scenario selection.
