Unjustified penalty for speeding

On the Łódź - Warsaw route, while driving the ET25 in the [Cargo] Puszcza Mariańska - Łódź Dąbrowa scenario, I have received penalties for speeding on several occasions. They make no sense, because at no time did I exceed the speed shown on the screen. To avoid the successive loss of points, I had to maintain a speed of 90 km/h, because if I reached 95 km/h, the unjustified 'punishment' would begin. Please take this into account. Thanks.
