Random, fake speed limit got me lots of neg. exp

I finished my Lodz cargo scenario and, as you can see in the picture, I got two random (fake) speed limit penalisations. I think this is related to some kind of ETCS bug because I saw it was behaving oddly in some points (it showed a "comunication error" message a few times). Whatever the case, I got -1269 exp for nothing, which is crazy.
