Problem with graphics in the game (RU) Проблема с графикой в игре

Good afternoon, the problem is that I have a terrible, slow game !!! Already tried all the graphics settings in the game, nothing helps, or how to customize the graphics of the game, play could be more comfortable! Give me a hint 
 

(RU) Доброе время суток, проблема заключается в том что у меня ужасно,  тормозит игра !! Уже перепробовал все настройки графики в игре, ничего не помогает, или как настроить графику игры, поиграть можно было более комфортно! Подскажите

The only thing that comes to my mind is that you have already activated the integrated graphics on CPU that shuts down the graphics card.

2nd missing updates of graphics

3rd Eco or Balanced Mode on Gigabyte app that sets the graphics profile

Have you tried lowering all graphics to the minimum possible and enabling AMD FRS3? Could it be caused by poor internet connection or hard drive issues? Do you use SSD or HDD?

I have an i7 13700K with 64Gb DDR5 and a 4080 Super and some days I get some lag, and it's because of internet lag...
