Floating Point-like error

When driving the Dragon 2 (ET-25/E6ACTd) there's a weird graphical artifact where the textures and objects inside the cab behave weirdly, I reported this bug more than half a year ago, I'm sorry for duplicating it, but it hasn't been fixed, it didn't get approved and now it's locked. I tried disabling TAA and everything but the bug persists (I think it's not only on the Dragon 2 i think but it's the loco which is most noticeable at) 

 This happened in INT1 on February 20th on service 464030 near Staszic.
