Witam. Czy moglbym poprosic o wyjasnienie ponizszego w formie "dla laika" ? 

Jaka jest interpretacja tych liczb...minuty, sekundy, godziny ? 

Powod prozaiczny - chcialby dostosowac istniejacy rozklad jazdy do wlasnych potrzeb. 

Przyklad:

<ArrivalTime>7620</ArrivalTime>

<DepartureTime>7680</DepartureTime>
