Vehicle: Impuls 2
Station: Any station equipped with ETCS L1 / L2
Track: Any track with a green signal that has just changed from red aspect
Steps to reproduce:
* Connect to any impuls 2 train driving in ETCS area
* In DMI, 'Main' > 'Level', select Level 1 and confirm.
* Depart under the release speed toward the next signal, and watch the speed limit approaches zero under the release speed
* You'll be fined for speeding
This bug was added in the update on March 27. ETCS is capable of keeping the train safe within the movement authority, and thus this supervised speed shouldn't be the criteria for penalizing, which means this change shall be reverted.
