I'm sure they've already got something like this planned but the solution is pretty simple: In single player you accumulate dispatcher xp for performing the role of dispatcher correctly, as you get more points increasingly complicated dispatcher positions on the multiplayer servers are unlocked. Simple. I think most of the problems are people at SG not realising they are controlling a junction and that they actually need to read where the trains are supposed to go and people fiddling with the running direction of lines such that traffic is queueing up at certain key locations. Don't dumb the signalling down, keep it realistic, there are enough of us that are capable of doing it properly, just lock it behind a decent level of experience required.

I suggest installing a tool like gpu-z to monitor GPU load and vram usage. You can use the built in windows performance monitor to measure CPU and ram usage. Try and work out whether any particular component is causing a bottleneck. I had to tweak my settings because I was running out of vram, but I only have 6gb. Everybody's situation will be slightly different depending on your system, resolution, game settings etc.

Yeah, I was caught in the same logjam and not for the first time, the AI dispatcher at Lazy and Lazy La just cannot cope with the timetable, it's taking 5 minutes to move trains one at a time. The human controlled part at Lazy Lc was fine.

The scenario duration displayed next to each service does not seem to be giving meaningful information (the number displayed seems to have no bearing on the real time involved), it's important for this to be accurate, I like to finish a service and I want to know how long this is going to take.

I am struggling to orientate myself in the game, a map showing where I am, where I am going and things like stations would be great.
