First of all, I am very impressed by SimRail and the way it solves the interaction between dispatcher and driver.
1. improvement of the dispatchers
Many players are not familiar with the Polish SCS or SPK system. This is why operating errors often occur. Unfortunately, one has hardly ever managed to drive a round without problems except in the early morning hours. The idea of realistically handing over the control panel from the dispatcher with the same problems is really good for professionals, but for the players who don't have so much previous knowledge it is a horror. There should be the possibility that when a player leaves the interlocking, the interlocking also resets itself, so that the errors that have occurred, such as blocked signals, blocked tracks due to incorrect operation or similar, are gone, or that there is generally a button in which the interlocking is reset to the operating state without errors.
2. an "Easy Mode"
An easy mode would be something for complete beginners. No errors in the interlockings and the possibility to start an automatic operation from the AI to see how it really works.
3. possibilities to kick moves or respawns
It has happened several times that trains in SBL sections or on the open track have suddenly stopped. Or in Zawiercie it happened that wagons were standing on the open track without locomotive and the AI stopped all trains in Zawiercie direction Katowice.
There should be the possibility to select, kick or restart trains in the "Trains" display and then confirm that you want to carry out this command before exercising it.
Conclusion
SimRail has great potential. It introduces people to Polish Railways. But it is often horror for a player who wants to have fun and enjoyment. You press the wrong button once, have a track blocked and don't know how to fix it, or you want to take over a signal box and only see blocked signals, blocked points, wrongly turned SBL sections, misrouted trains and no way to fix the errors properly. Please take my words to heart and get back to me for implementation suggestions.
