I agree, You should have a different Level as a Driver and as a Dispatcher. As a driver we all know the rating system, but as a Dispatcher you don'r receive anything. You should get XP for routing the train correctly, for confirming the trains on the timetable or for stopping the train in your station if ph. Also, you should lose XP if you route the train wrong, or you don't confirm them on the timetable and so on.
