I am honestly surprised this forum is not full of people asking for this, but here we go. The biggest immersion-breaker for me when it comes to MP is that all services start with the player taking over from AI and end with the AI taking it back. Some services are extended past their real terminus, just so that they end off the map. It would be awesome if MP handled turnarounds in a graceful manner, so a player driver could terminate, switch cabs, input the data, and start the following service. This could also very easily be extended to include cold start before the first run of the day, and stabling at the end.

While it can be very fun, it would be a hell to develop, and quite unmanageable. This is mostly how Stepford County Railway handles the MMO aspect implied with it being on Roblox, and I do hope it will stay contained on that platform.
