As you can see, this Polish studio has no problem charging even more than the 34.99 USD equivalent, despite being perfectly aware that Valve set the exchange rate at 1 USD = 4.5 PLN, while it’s actually worth 3.63 PLN right now. They're milking their own people for all they're worth, so I wouldn't count on any regional pricing on the other side of the world.
