For me its completly empty. Somehow it has these 2 lines after you download it from here. But it still doesnt work. I excluded ".rep" files from windows defender and after that didnt solved issue i also excluded whole "bundles" folder but that didnt changed anything as well.

I downloaded game but it doesnt start at all. SimRail.exe is run as admin also verified files trough steam but nothing solves issue. Created log file is empty.
