    [Need some new perspective/POV/angle for this case] why are some drivers requesting a green signal on Section LK171/133/62/64/8 or at some stations with “PT” stops? are they know that's not gonna help the next section block signals clear faster?

    Here is your new perspective.

    I do not know if there are any North American drivers in here but they are accustomed to call  the dispatcher for all signal indications except green. You must understand that distances and accordingly time to travel are not in comparison to the Polish way of life. Most long haul transport is also freight, not passenger. (Big distances you rather travel by air.) Simrail is a hardcore simulation; I am not surprised if the peeps for the other hard core simulation called "Run 8" drive by and use their North American rules.
