Typing in dispatcher chat using keys 1-3 switches the camera view

This is related to this bug report:

While typing in regular chat no longer switches camera when using keys 1-3, if you type in dispatcher chat (to another station's dispatcher), the keys 1-3 still switch the camera.

btw in case you hadn't figured out the workaround, the numeric keypad still works.
