Wrong mileage of point Koniecpol on L64?

Example: Train 444427 branches off L61 in Koniecpol and follows L64 to Kozlow.

Timetable data for 444427 [source] with mileage:

• Podlesie, mileage: 78.508 (L61)
• Koniecpol, mileage: 71.478 (L64)
• Starzyny, mileage: 32.570 (L64)

The bug:

Distance from Koniecpol to Starzyny can't be almost 39 kilometers. It seems that mileage of 71.478 at Koniecpol on L64 is wrong. Value of 71.478 is correct for Koniecpol L61. Mileage for Koniecpol L64 should be 44.390 according to Semaforek.
