Dispacter mode - assistant too agressive about kicking

Hi!

I was dispatched in Staryny server: EN1
The situation was difficult, every line block was occupied and a line block direction change was in progress with Psary (previos was a dir change also with Kozlow), and with parallel Koniecpon want to send a train. So I want to handle Koniecpon request at the end of my task queue, but the system kicked me off before it. It's very annoying, agressive solution this time.
I suggest when the system detecting the dispacher not idle, then no kick!
