Whenever you try to enter ETCS FS L1 or L2, ETCS fails with "Balise Read Error" triggering emergency brake. It also gives erroneous info such as a non-existant S1 signal or that the train is about to go onto the left track: it seems like ETCS is picking up info but from the other direction of which you are going. Here are some videos showing the issues: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11hlGFpLvojLQKJZFaQDL8U3Xfn_QiUUa?usp=sharing

If that would help I encounter same issue, but has different conclusion:
 - ETCS is picking up correct balise, but from two antennas (one on front of first ED250 and second from front antenna on second ED250).

That cause scenario when:
 - First is correctly giving us MA according to signal, then we pass the signal and turn it off. After that second antenna is passing the balise causing emergency brake.
It's also true for L2 scenario, because passing the same balise group second time system thinks we're still before red signal causing "Passed EoA/LoA" message.
Also there WASN'T same error already posted 😉 (or the forum search engine is broken).

You're probably more correct than me. I tried isolating EVC on the second train but it kept switching back on whenever I left the cabin
