Rain on windscreen when under station roof, wipers not clearing it

I was stopped in Katowice station, and it began to rain, as the trains windscreen was wet.

This is a covered station (but maybe the windows in the roof are holes?)

But when i used the windscreen wipers to clear the screen, they are not clearing the rain streaks and drops, in the screenshot the wiper is moving, hence blurry and hard to see.

On the topic of rain on the windscreen of the EP07 locomotive, even after the patch that corrected the missing rain I have found in multiple instances that while on the side windows there is constant rain, on the windscreen it is coming and going.

The wipers have no effect whatsoever regardless of their speed. The water drops are untouched.

Lastly, the rain sound seems more like a small river flow and some drops falling into it. I only experienced light rain in my plays so far and this sound was both too loud, not synced and unrealistic. There seems to be only this rain sound as far as I could experience.
