Rain on side window keeps moving sideways when stopped

you obviously cant see it on a screenshot but the rain kept moving sideways on the side window when stopped at a station.

Also, rain appears on the windshield arbitrarily, while the wipers do not remove it. And yes, it does not depend on the weather outside.
