How do i configure stepped action, on my honeycomb joystick

I drive the EN57, how do i configure the stepped: Direction control, Drive handle and Service brake
I have the honeycomb bravo and saitek heavy equipment i can use with the joytokey.

Thank you for any help and suggestions.
